What hair textures do you have available?
Current hair textures available include silky straight, body wave, loose wave, kinky straight, kinky curly
What type of hair products are available?
- Clip-in hair extensions/wefts: clip-in hair extensions that can be clipped in with an open/close clip at the root. Clip-in hair extensions are temporary, easy to put in and take out, and can be removed daily or worn long term.
- Weave/sew-in hair extensions: This type of hair extensions are sewn into the natural hair (or mesh cash. Sewn extensions can be worn for up to three months.
- Wigs: Wigs are available in 4×4 0closure, 13×4 front lace and full lace styles.
What is the difference between the three types of wigs that you carry?
Closure wigs can be parted 4 inches back and 4 inches across. Front lace wigs can be parted 13 inches back and 4 inches across. Full lace wigs can be parted from front to back and side to side.
Are your products made of 100% human hair?
All products are 100% human hair. Hair bundles may show slight variations because they are rarely sourced from one individual donor.
What is the difference between Raw and Virgin hair?
Raw hair is sold straight from the donor’s head. Hair is cleansed but not processed in any way. Virgin hair is still 100% human hair. The difference is that virgin hair undergoes steam treatments to obtain the various textures such as deep wave, body wave, etc.
How long does shipping take?
Orders before 5 pm ship the next day and typically arrive in 3-5 days. Priority shipping is available for an added cost. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.
Is priority shipping available?
Yes, 2-3 day priority shipping is available for $22.95.
Are you located in the United States?
Yes, we are located in the United States, and all of our products ship from within the United States.
Do you sell to countries outside of the United States?
Currently, outside of the US, we only ship to Canada. The cost for shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $35 USD.
Do you have color wigs available?
