CROWNZ Hair & Beauty only ships to the United States and Canada. Please allow 1-2 days for handling.

Shipping Policy Timeline:

Standard US shipping is $6.95 up to 7 business days
Express shipping is $22.95 up to 3 business days
Shipping to Canada is $35 for standard shipping

Hair is typically shipped the next business day if ordered by 4 pm EST. You will receive a tracking number via email.

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible with an option of store credit or a full refund.

We do not take responsibility for items that are damaged, delayed, or lost by the shipping carrier. If an item is damaged, delayed, or lost, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
